Who you’re working with
I’m Jess Wine. I develop and publish recipes for a living — Italian-American home cooking, mostly, the kind that came out of my great-grandmother’s basement kitchen in upstate New York and got adapted for a Tuesday night in Georgia.
Everything on this page is mine end to end: I write the recipe, cook it, style it, shoot it, and edit it. No crew, no handoffs, no three vendors to coordinate. Ship me your product and it goes into a dish built around it — not a dish it happens to appear in.
